Edwardian sterling silver presentation card tray or salver hallmarked London 1911 by Thomas Bradbury & Sons Ltd and engraved in 1912 with a touching personal presentation engraving. The salver has three beautifully designed scroll feet and has a pie-crust border.

The engraving reads "PRESENTED TO GEORGE EDGAR & KATE WARREN by F.A. de la Pole. AS A MARK OF HIS APPRECIATION OF THEIR DEVOTION AND HELP IN A TIME OF SORROW. 1ST. June 1912".

Weight: 395.8 gm. Diameter: 110 mm. Height: 35 mm. Hall Mark: London 1911. Maker's Mark: Thomas Bradbury & Sons Ltd. Retailer: Depree & Young Ltd Exeter (stamped on underside).

Summary: As can be seen from the photos this is an interesting item with a story to tell. I am starting the listing at around the scrap silver price but clearly this is not a scrap item. Good luck!
