See what you are getting.  seeing is believing !                                                                                                         ONE QUART OF AN EXCELLENT REPLICATION OF  "WHEAT" COLOR.  "WHEAT" IS A GOLDEN-TAN, SOMEWHAT BRIGHT.   YOU CAN BUY "CHAMPAGNE" COLOR IN ANOTHER AUCTION.  "CHAMPAGNE" IS PALER WITH MORE TAN AND HAS A SLIGHT HUE OF PINK.

TONER CONTAINS (1.)STAIN/COLORING (2.)OPAQUE ADDITIVE AND (3.)TOP COAT FINAL FINISH; EVERY THING YOU NEED IN ONE PRODUCT. FOUR THIN COATS ARE APPLIED, WITH SHORT DRY TIME IN BETWEEN COATS. YOU HAVE CONTROL, AND CAN MAKE CORRECTIONS EASILY. SEE PICTURE #6 YOU CAN SEE THE COLOR INCREASING AS THE COATS ARE ADDED, AND YOU CAN SEE THE OPAQUE ADDITIVE HIDING MORE AND MORE OF THE RAW WOOD GRAIN. OPAQUENESS WAS PERFECTED BY HEYWOOD WAKEFIELD AND MY TONER IS THE BEST AVAILABLE.   TONER IS EASY TO APPLIED BY WIPING IT ON WITH A COTTON PAD. WHEN APPLIED ON CLEANED, SANDED BIRCH WOOD, IT WILL GIVE YOU THE SAME OPAQUE, MILKY-CLOUDY, FINISH AS A NEW PIECE OF H-W FURNITURE HAD IN THE 1940's AND 1950'S. THE H-W COMPANY ALWAYS USED TONER AND THE ONLY WAY TO REPLICATE THE OLD FINISH IS TO USE TONER. FOUR THIN COATS OF MY TONER WILL GIVE YOU OPAQUE AS IT SHOULD BE, WITH JUST A HINT OF THE BIRCH WOOD GRAIN SHOWING THROUGH.

ONE QUART SHOULD DO  THREE SMALL PIECES OF FURNITURE, LIKE NIGHT STANDS, COFFEE TABLE, ETC OR TWO DRESSERS, VANITIES, ETC.; OR ONE  TABLE, TWO LEAVES AND UP TO FOUR CHAIRS; OR A TABLE NO LEAVES AND SIX CHAIRS. YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE QUART FROM BATCH RECENTLY MIXED, 100% READY TO USE.

AFTER THE SECOND COAT, THE COLOR IS PRETTY MUCH FIXED AND IF YOU WANT THE "CALIFORNIA LOOK" OR "SEMI-TRANSPARENT", WHERE MORE OF THE BIRCH GRAIN STILL SHOWS, THEN YOU CAN STOP AT THAT POINT AND HAVE GOOD COLOR AND MOST OF THE GRAIN SHOWING, YOUR FURNITURE, YOUR CHOICE.

MY TONER CAN BE USED AS A TOUCH-UP TO YOUR EXISTING OLD FINISH OR YOU CAN ADJUSTED THE COLOR/SHADE TO MATCH YOUR EXISTING FINISH.
